We partnered with AstraZeneca to design the brand identity and digital ecosystem for Health Gate—a mobile app that helps people manage chronic conditions like diabetes, asthma, and heart failure.

From strategy and naming to visual identity and UI design, we created a brand that feels warm, trustworthy, and empowering. A calm colour palette, paired with human-centred design and expert typography, positions Health Gate as a dependable companion for daily wellness.

The result is a seamless digital experience that puts people first—bridging the gap between medical complexity and everyday care.

We knew Health Gate users were managing life-changing conditions—often while juggling work, family, and emotional stress. That’s why we built a brand that feels like a partner, not a prescription. Calm colours, accessible typography, and intuitive UX design were all chosen to reduce friction and create confidence from the first tap.

We created a scalable design system for mobile and web, balancing intuitive UX with rich content delivery. Key app features like the diabetes tool, dosage reminders, and future doctor chat functionality were all considered in the brand’s architecture from day one.
