By revamping the overarching identity, we ensured visual synergy across every touchpoint, uniting the development’s various elements under a cohesive brand language. Our work went beyond branding to include integrated creative campaigns, spanning both print and digital platforms. We produced extensive collateral for each project phase and played a key role in organizing exhibitions and events that aligned with the project’s vision, all the way through to the final handover. One of the simplest versions of the strategy wheel was to understand the personality of the brand. This was created as a visual and verbal signpost to guide the creative and verbal narrative that we created. As a starting point it allowed all the designers and project leaders to understand the brand quickly before diving into the comprehensive guidelines

With open spaces and low-density housing right in the heart of the city’s CBD and Downtown, it’s like living inside New York’s Central Park or London’s Hyde Park. No other development can offer this “Park Life” experience at the heart of Dubai. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity.

Building a brand structure that will allow the different aspects of the residential units flourish independently. Each have a different target market so it was important to create assets that were fit for purpose but still having the overarching brand identity.

Once the overarching visual brand narrative had been created it was time to create the assets and brand guidelines.

Collateral

Creating a unique set of collateral to express the quality and upmarket aspects of the community involves a careful blend of elegance, sophistication, and attention to detail. Each piece, whether it be brochures, digital content, or branded materials, should reflect the exclusivity and refined lifestyle of the development. High-quality visuals, luxurious textures, and thoughtfully crafted messaging will convey the prestige of the community, highlighting its superior design, prime location, and unparalleled amenities. Every element evoked a sense of distinction, making prospective buyers feel they are investing not just in a home, but in a premium, one-of-a-kind living experience.

Using a mix of real-life photography and AI-generated images can bring the luxury aspect of the community to life. Real photos capture the authenticity and beauty of the surroundings, while AI-generated visuals can highlight the aspirational and future-focused elements. Together, they create a polished, high-end feel that emphasizes the elegance, exclusivity, and unique appeal of the community. This blend helps convey a seamless vision of luxury living.

Renders

High-quality CGI and AI renders play a crucial role in showcasing the luxury and vision of the community. CGI renders provide detailed, realistic depictions of the spaces, helping potential buyers visualize the finished product with precision. AI renders, on the other hand, can enhance creativity and present aspirational elements that highlight the unique features and elegance of the development. Together, they create a compelling, immersive experience that conveys the quality and sophistication of the community.

Building a simple narrative that speaks to the location and the consumer in a ever crowded industry was key. We used the story to help build the picture of being there and fitting into the space as a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
