Creating a brand is like climbing a mountain, you need the right tools to get you to the top.
Design Process
We create brands for our clients and have found that understanding your difference is critical. With new products and services being introduced almost daily, it is important to make sure that any branding work is relevant.
While the core idea remains simple, portable, and emotionally engaging, the positioning sets your brand apart in the minds of consumers. This strategic process is split into two parts: establishing the desired endpoint and criteria, followed by creating a comprehensive brand strategy that guides our creative team. The next step is design, where we bring the brand to life by infusing it with personality.
From a distinctive new identity to a resonating visual language, we create the graphic essence of your brand. Lastly, we implement the brand and present it to the world, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. From the name and packaging to the behavior of sales staff and the style of marketing materials, every detail reflects a robust, compelling, and unified idea.
Building a successful brand may seem like a journey, however, every mountain climb begins with the first step.

PHASE 2 - DEVELOP
Creating a clear direction
In the initial phase of competitor and audience research, our team will comprehensively analyse key competitors’ content and marketing strategies, providing a detailed report on their activities. Additionally, we offer the option to develop custom interview questions and conduct interviews with your customers, target audience, and other relevant stakeholders. This valuable insight will guide the brand strategy and positioning process.
We will create a comprehensive brand positioning document based on the insights gathered from the strategy workshop and research. This document will encompass brand statements tailored for both internal and external stakeholders. If desired, we can also develop a tagline to enhance brand recognition. The brand positioning document will incorporate essential elements such as the brand vision, mission, values, and an engaging brand story, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand identity.
Your competitors
During this presentation, we have the opportunity to examine the competition brands together, which brings immense value as we explore the industry’s landscape. As professionals, we approach this exercise with confidence and a positive outlook. By viewing all the brands side by side, our creativity is sparked, and we can leverage our expertise to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the market. This holistic perspective empowers us to make informed decisions and strategically position ourselves. With a happy and optimistic mindset, we embrace the chance to showcase our unique offerings and stand out from the crowd. Together, we will explore the competitive landscape, celebrate our creativity, and confidently shape our brand’s path to success.
Design Strategy
During the exploration and visualisation phase, we utilise the insights gathered in the discovery phase to create two or three creative options for the brand’s look and feel. These options are showcased across key applications, allowing the client to experience how the brand will be implemented. The chosen route is refined and presented as the final brand direction, accompanied by illustrated applications demonstrating the brand in action. We present three creative concepts for client review, incorporating logo, colours, typography, and overall brand aesthetic. Client feedback is considered, leading to the presentation of a final logo for approval, ultimately resulting in the client approving the brand’s design elements and overall look and feel.
